By downloading, accessing, or using the “Diaper Tracker & Reminder” mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and any future amendments. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
The App is designed for adult users (parents and caregivers) who are at least 18 years of age.
The App is a utility tool designed to help users log diaper usage, track current stock levels, and provide predicted stock depletion dates based on the usage data entered by the user.
The App provides estimates and predictions based entirely on the data you enter.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of stock counts, usage averages, or predictive dates.
You are solely responsible for managing your physical diaper inventory. The App is not a substitute for your personal inventory management.
The App is monetized through auto-renewing subscriptions, purchased via In-App Purchases (IAPs) through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Payment: Subscriptions are charged to your respective app store account upon confirmation of purchase and at the beginning of each renewal period.
Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation/Refunds: Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not by us. To cancel or request a refund, you must follow the procedures provided by the respective app store. We do not have direct access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds.
Your privacy is paramount, especially since the App handles sensitive personal health data related to a child’s care (diaper logs).
Local Storage Only: All user data, including basket names, log entries (date, count, type), and calculated statistics, is stored exclusively on your personal device.
No Accounts/No Server Interaction: The App does not require a user account, does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), and does not transmit any of your usage or log data to our servers or any third parties.
Data Security: The security of your data relies entirely on the security and configuration of your personal device. If you delete the App, or if your device is lost or damaged, the data may be lost.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s code or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner/developer of the App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of inventory (running out of diapers), loss of profits, data loss, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
Any predictive information or data errors within the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be settled by the courts of Kochi (Kerala), India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of the Terms and making the updated Terms available within the App or on the app store page. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms means you accept the changes.
