By downloading, accessing, or using the “AudioCues - Live Show Player” mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and any future amendments. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
The App is designed for users who are at least 4 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to use the App Store).
AudioCues - Live Show Player is a utility tool designed to help users select multiple audio files, arrange them in a specific order, and playback those audio with precise timing for live shows, presentations, or events.
The quality of the playback depends on the quality of the source files provided by the user.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right/copyright to use and merge the audio files you import into the App.
The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time purchases via the Apple App Store.
Payment: Charges are billed to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Account Settings after purchase.
Refunds: All billing and refunds are processed by Apple, not by the developer. We do not have access to your credit card information or the ability to issue refunds directly.
Your privacy is our priority. AudioCues - Live Show Player is built to be a private, local-first utility.
No Cloud Storage: We do not upload your audio files, project names, or exported media to our servers.
Permissions: The App requires access to your Files/Document picker to function. This access is used strictly to process the files you explicitly select.
Data Loss: Since data is stored locally (or via your private iCloud/SwiftData container), deleting the App may result in the loss of saved projects unless you have backed up your device.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws regarding the audio content you process.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the App.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of AudioCues - Live Show Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of audio data or project files.
Damage to hardware (device/speakers) resulting from playing audio files at extreme volumes or frequencies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by the courts of Kochi (Kerala), India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
